The Pathology Focus Session, which is part of the Doctors Academy MRCS Part B Focus Sessions, provides concentrated preparation for one of the most challenging components of the MRCS Part B examination.

Candidates work through realistic pathology OSCE stations that incorporate clinical photographs and surgical scenarios while developing the structured reasoning expected in the examination.

Success in the pathology stations requires more than factual knowledge alone. This session focuses on applying pathology knowledge to clinical scenarios, interpreting findings, and presenting clear, structured, and reasoned responses under examination conditions. Faculty provide detailed guidance on how to present answers logically, demonstrate sound clinical reasoning, and avoid common mistakes that frequently result in lost marks.

The small-group format allows every participant to engage actively in mock OSCE stations and receive immediate personalised feedback.
