About

This one-day in-person conference is aimed at undergraduates and newly qualified junior doctors, especially those interested in pursuing a career in cardiology.

The conference will include workshops delivered by consultant cardiologists and cardiovascular surgeons based in Wales and other parts of the UK. The conference will also include a hybrid in-person and online poster presentation competition, which will be delivered with the assistance of panellists and Medall.

The conference aims to showcase the pool of expertise that exists amongst the Welsh trainees and consultants, who are highly esteemed leaders in their field, and dedicated teachers with experience in developing student careers.
