This interactive workshop is intended to provide those who wish to teach at Basic Surgical Skills Courses in Cambodia with the necessary skills to deliver surgical training in an effective and professional manner.
The Basic Surgical Skills Course focuses on key technical skills including knot tying and the safe, effective use of instruments. Following a review and practice of key principles, the course will rapidly contextualise these skills with the use of high-fidelity simulated models, largely using animal tissue.
