About

Dermatology and Its Diversity: Exploring the Spectrum of the Field is a conference conducted by the University of Glasgow Dermatology Society. Its aim is to increase exposure to dermatology among medical students, who typically receive very little teaching and clinical experience in the field.

The conference will feature speaker talks in the morning, covering a variety of topics in dermatology and associated fields. This will be followed by a panel Q&A session, where students will have the opportunity to ask dermatologists about careers, training pathways, application tips, and more.

In the afternoon, clinical skill sessions will focus on suturing and biopsy techniques. Additionally, attendees will participate in a dermatology case discussion and a dermatology spot diagnosis station.
