This one-day course, delivered by Keele Surgical Society and Doctors Academy, aims to provide pre-clinical and clinical year medical students with a structured programme to learn basic surgical skills that are common to all surgical fields
The course will use animal tissue to teach participants the basic suturing skills expected from an undergraduate medical student interested.
The course is open to all undergraduate medical students in the United Kingdom.
Medical students will have a great opportunity to participate in a competition during the afternoon. The winner will receive a special certificate and a gift!
